Resting

Today my heart is full of twittering birds,

the sound of moving water

and leaves kissing the wind.

Butterflies dancing around as lovers, one by one.

Today I am resting in the heart.

Just as it is

You and me

I wrote this poem during a one-month solo retreat in India in November 2018.
