Active breathing exercises.   These exercises reduce stress, strengthen your immune system, it gives you energy.   It is a fast way to clear your mind of mental clutter.    Breathing techniques will help make your breathing stronger. And it influences the other energetic parts of you.   If you are new to meditation then these practices will help you.    Every Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 9:00 -10:00  and Thursday evening from 20.00 - 21.30 Amsterdam time 

Yoga Nidra and Pranayama

This class is a combination of Pranayama and Meditation together with Yoga Nidra.    Yoga Nidra is a very deep relaxation on the body and the mind.  For Yoga Nidra, you lay down on your mat or bed.   We do about 30 or 40 minutes of yoga Nidra. One hour stands for about 4 hours of sleep.   One of the participants said it feels like a warm bath of love. Which he normally gets with ecstasy but now with a combination of yoga Nidra, Pranayama and meditation     every Thursday evening from 20.00 - 21.15 Amsterdam time   Yogi Breathwork (Pranayama) and Meditation class every Monday evening from 20.00 - 21.00 PM

Advanced Pranayama

Yogi breathwork /Pranayama and Meditation every Monday evening from 20.00 - 21.15 PM   This class is not for pregnant people.  We will do long practices and sittings. You can sit on a chair or on a cushion.           

Evening Pranayama (breathwork)

Every Thursday from 20:00 -21:15 you will learn a set of evening Pranayama to reduce stress and anxiety quickly.   We conclude the class with 30 minutes of Yoga Nidra practice to help you relax your body and mind. After this class, you can roll yourself into bed.    

(NEW) Morning Pranayama (breathwork)

Every Wednesday and Friday mornings from 9:00 - 10:00 Amsterdam Time you will learn a set of morning Pranayama to energize and make you ready for the day.
