One-day silent meditation retreat from 10:00 - 17:00.

Sunday 31 October 2021, in Amsterdam, within walking distance of the Amstel station.

The room has floor heating.

You don't need any experience.

You can sit on a cushion or chair. And there are also breaks to stretch your legs.

And you can ask questions and share experiences. The costs are from 75 euros p/p

Lunch and Break in silence 13:00 to 14:30

 

* 14:30 -16:30 Meditation, short break and Yoga Nidra (lying down) 

 

* 16:30 - 17:00 sharing

 

* 17:00 go home

Dhyan Meinoud has over 18 years of experience in meditation. He practised meditation in many (solo) silent retreats from short to very long. He loves to share meditation with many people to experience peace and stillness within themselves.
