You don't need any experience.
You can sit on a cushion or chair. And there are also breaks to stretch your legs.

Dhyan Meinoud has over 18 years of experience in meditation. He practised meditation in many (solo) silent retreats from short to very long. He loves to share meditation with many people to experience peace and stillness within themselves.
